| The rental experience with rentacampervan went very smoothly overall. We did loose water pressure on the second day, which was somewhat inconvenient, but we had such a tight schedule that we didn't want to take the time to have it repaired. Since we were staying mostly in holiday parks, this just meant hand-carrying water for cooking and washing. Service on both ends of the rental was excellent - but we did have some difficulty finding the drop off in Brisbane. Some signage visible from the road at the old location would have helped tremendously. Thanks Dan Graves |

| Early on, we decided on a camper van as a great, inexpensive way to make this happen. We shopped online for about 3 months, comparing price and options - which were all pretty similar for the time-frame and vehicle we were looking at. The folks at rentacampervan were very helpful, sometimes answering 2 or 3 emails a day while we figured out what we needed. Their friendliness and responsiveness won the day - they even allowed us to pay early to take advantage of fluxuation in the exchange rate, saving us a few hundred dollars on the deal! Thanks to Jonas, and thanks to rentacampervan! |

It really seemed to us that you appreciated how much we wanted to make our dream trip work for us and that you did everything you could to help us. Our trip was fantastic! We drove in comfort and at the end of each long and super busy day it was great to know that we had such a comfortable place to recharge over night! The camper was great and just what we were after. We had no troubles at all and after the trip was over we really could appreciate how care free it all was. | To all at Rent A Campervan, First of all thank you, especially Jonas for your diligent work in finding us a suitable motor home for our family (including 3 small children under 5) at what we know is an extremely busy time of year (Dec/Jan). We found Rent A Campervan on the internet, and had an immediate response from Jonas about our enquiry. We had almost given up hope of our dream holiday, due to a catalogue of disasters with the travel company in booking our trip. We were about to cancel our holiday because our travel agent could not find a 6 berth motor home suitable to fit 3 child seats at such short notice. However, Jonas has pulled out all the stops, working above and beyond normal working hours to secure us a suitable motor home. Once again, many thanks for all your efforts |
